      Pros

      This company provides new hires with a hiring wage higher than the minimum wage, which is not always the case in food service. They allowed team members meals while on shift and the food quality was excellent. If you are committed to the company, there are opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The working conditions depended strongly on the manager and the store at which you were located. I had a number of managers over the years I spent at b.good, some of whom were reasonable, hardworking, and supportive, and some of whom were less than ideal.

      Pros

      Free food Free soda Not open too late Theres a chalk board to doodle on. Hot hockey players come in. Sorry, I cant take the 'pros' seriously.

      Cons

      Everything else. Too much to share. The company also pays their male workers a lot more than their female workers. Just don't work there, unless you need a part time job in highschool. Todd has no knowledge on how to run a business. Claims they can't afford more staff, but gives away free product left right and centre. For a company that prides themselves on a "family dynamic" they have really crapped the bed. The facade is just a ploy to brainwash consumers into thinking they're being cared for.
