Pros

Great international team, interesting clients and lots of knowledge.

Cons

Poor leadership, inconsistent internal messaging, a lot of uncertainty, and salaries on the lower end. The company cancelled the entire department (and let go of 1/4 of staff on permanent contracts) without any prior notice. The workload was then transferred to Malaysia and other cheap outsourcing partners in Asia.

The focus on employee wellbeing is unlike anywhere else I've experienced! So good.

Cons

May be a personal thing, but it felt like there wasn't a lot of opportunity to be creative and translate complex concepts into something digestible for a general social audience
