      - Talented colleagues to work with - Promising in its industry and stable business model

      Cons

      - Increasingly aggressive leadership that pushes the stress down to everyone at the company - Although vocal about transparency and cross-functional collaboration, but questionable in practice - From no KPI-driven to too much KPI-driven - People who get higher-ups' fondness get promoted, and sometimes people who really do the work get ignored

      Pros

      Remote with several offices across the United States if you are close to one of them you can go in and meet people. They value their employees, the people are incredible. There are so many positive things it would take a long time to name them all.

      Cons

      The only con I can really say which isn’t even that pick of a con is the time tracking. It’s only a con for me because I have a hard time remembering to change the time when I’m doing different tasks.
