      Almost no career growth, company is less likely to promote within than hire someone from outside the company the company runs on less than professional-managerial standards The support department has to use outdated and/or free tools to serve clients

      Unorganized, the company keeps shifting employees from one department to another, without notice. Leadership is very far away from the product and the customers. Benefits are poor.
