      Time consuming and demanding. Must be able to work high levels of stress as well as have very active communication even outside work hours.

      Pros

      They have great people at the company, not just professionally good but also personally good. They invest in professional growth with internal and external courses. They allow you to make mistakes and put your ideas on work, also you have to present solutions to your challenges and correct them.

      Cons

      Sometimes the processes can be a little bit bureaucratic and the steps of them are not very clear. You have to spend time figuring out who is in charge of the process and what are the requirements for the next steps.

      Bureaucracy and controls have increased dramatically over last few years. Focus has shifted from growth to cost-cutting. Investment in specialized training has been slashed. Too many yes-men.
