      Fascinating Job and Concept

      Pros

      Learning and understanding how different businesses operate and the industries they work in. Creating valuable contacts through customers. Working with a creative team. Great culture inside and outside of work.

      Cons

      Adjusting to the work load. You are a victim of your own success. The harder you work the more work you create for yourself. Clients can sometimes be quite demanding.

      Somewhat interesting variety of different business to deal with. Can be very different day to day. - the Experience will look good on your CV when you apply for the same role else where that will pay you 30-50% More.

      Cons

      Over embelishment on the OTE earning potential. Majority of Client are wanting leave the platform but are stuck under contract terms. Stagnating. Most of the largest clients are 'Fee Free' so will earn you Nothing in commission.
