Pros
+Friendly peer to peer environment +Able to pick up indepth payment and clearing system knowledge +Unlikely to ever close down as it is the software house for the cheque clearing systems in SG and Malaysia (unless the world finally phase out cheque system)
Cons
-Horrible management especially when you ran foul of the older management folks (the old folks are here almost since forever) and changes are not appreciated unless it does not affect them and you will do it all by yourself -High turnaround (younger folks tend to move on for better paying and more rewarding roles) -Poor increment and barely average bonuses -Losing key employees/managers and the company structure is often reorganised due to it
