      Pros

      Good employee benefits. Colleagues were very nice people.

      Cons

      Management lacks leadership and bullies employees. Upper management turns a blind eye to this. They like to hire "yes" people. If you have an opinion you will not fit in. Sadly, this has been the culture for years.

      Benefits and pay are good. Very little actual work to do. Flex days

      Cons

      Generally unhealthy work environment where leadership is unqualified for the roles they hold and employees are mostly unengaged. Little to no opportunities for advancement in head office. You need to pretend everything is great, or otherwise you will be viewed as a problem employee.
