As with every company who is working hard to hire and retain great developers we like to think that we do everything possible to provide a comfortable environment. We try to provide ample opportunity, either within the Agile framework, during our quarterly coffee meetings, or at any other time to openly discuss such serious issues. It%E2%80%99s clearly not healthy, for either the employer, or the employee to be in a relationship that seems irreconcilable.
