Pros
- Pursuing truly autonomous environment. Not “forced” to do something but “convinced” to do something - People are very friendly and kind with common senses. Almost no villains. - Easy to talk to management. - Feeling like a part of the team.
Cons
- As a startup, sometimes some obvious things are not well established or prepared. But they are on their way. - High burdens on some key talents. The company is relying on a few star players. Need to be more balanced.
