      Decent Hours, Good breaks. Overtime.

      Cons

      Management, Lack of leadership, Lack of staff, People don’t stay long. Pay differs between everyone. Stressful, Management make it harder then it needs to be. Low pay for what it is. Don’t work here.

      Chaotic manufacturing practices. No continuous improvements. Reactive management style with multiple repeats of same non conformaces. Weak recycling program and poor scrap reporting.
