You might lose your job with less than 24hrs notice even though they planned it for nearly a year. Its a inner circle of friends up top who throw employees under the bus to protect each other. There were a few good managers but some that stood up for us no longer work there. We were forced to do work outside our scope and for other departments because it made money for the company while we didnt get raises which they told us about last minute. BGRS doesnt give standard of living raises and merit ones were delayed until they got rid of most of us who were due one and helped them get to where they are. though management got raises and bonuses of course. Anyone who questioned any of that no matter how hard they had worked were punished with low evaluations and attitude from managers. though some are deserving getting promotions or new job openings are based largely on sucking up and appearances. Many went to external hires and then youd be expected to help them since they dont know the work or policy but dont expect that to count for anything. High turnover in all departments and the atmosphere was cold and depressing. No communication. youll get blamed for not knowing something they never taught you. Greedy shady business practices.

Poor management, not in touch with what is happening in the office or with the clients.
