By far the worst place I've ever worked. Management is unprofessional and rude. Absolutely unforgiving when it comes to blizzards and holidays and a sick child. You could have the time off but were forced to come in on the following weekend to make up your hours. Given warnings if you used the bathroom too much or took too long to clock in/out. Not allowed a cell phone at your work station, no exceptions. Even told we were not allowed to listen to talk radio on our iPods while working. Impossible amount of work expected to be done; didn't care about the quality of work done, as long as it was done fast. No company e-mail system because management feared there were be too much goofing off? This means if you were not around when the dept. manager came by to tell of an important change in the way things were done/written/photographed, you were out of luck. And if you were lucky enough to be around when the dept. manager came around with news it was usually full of vulgar language and a disrespecting attitude. The entire experience was shocking and extremely disappointing, as it could have been full of promising opportunities based on the rapid growth and unique business plan. I lasted only a few months there.
