Pros
Nice annual leave, benefits and WFH
Cons
No real structure - no pay grades, responsibilities weren't defined, management felt scattered Significant change - ongoing, poorly managed implementation of a new ill-equipped system not load tested, upsetting lots of people and departments, and exec were in constant denial about the effects it was having Gloomy financial forecasts - lots of uncertainty over future of the company previously haemorrhaging money, frequent lay offs, no sense of job stability Management were over-promoted grunts - harsh but true. Stuck in grunt mentality of doing rather than thinking. Not fair either on the management or staff they managed: workload, lack of guidance/direction, stress .... all of this not made easier by an exec team that just didn't listen
