      Pros

      The people and the environment are very warmly, if someone needs help all the time you can find a person who will help you.

      Cons

      The projects from this company ( not all of them ) are a little unstable and the technologies that are used are not the newest.

      Pros

      It's a small company. Your impact at the company is bigger than in a large multi, you have direct connections with the management, impact in your annual pay raise. It offers an annual 1500 RON benefit for IT equipment/protection glasses.

      Cons

      They can provide you equipment, but if you want to use premium devices you need to buy them by your own. It's a small company, client based, so when the client resigns from the project it's very likely that you need to move on too.
