      Pros

      The B-One product is top of the game and top of the price range. Well designed and decent support. Work wise, the benefits are pretty good and there are some intelligent people to engage with.

      Cons

      One person - the CEO. Dictatorial, chevalier and mean. He does not believe in paying his staff properly, will absolutely refuse to negotiate reasonably and tries to squeeze blood out of a stone. When travelling expect to be on a very tight budget. The French can be difficult to deal with, of which the CEO is included.

      Pros

      - Excellent work environment - Great learning experience - Possibility to work with some very bright and talented people, experts in various fields - Direct exposure to some of the biggest Asset Managers in the world - Possibility to work in a different region (US, UK, France, Asia)

      Cons

      - As Bi-Sam is growing fast, it will be challenging to manage this growth - Company is owned by a Private Equity firm, so it's natural to have uncertainty as to who will be the next owner of the company - Interaction between the different teams and regions can be improved

      - Senior Management inspires confidence with decisive moves and good communication - Due to growth, lots of opportunities and job mobility is high - Regional offices autonomous enough to retain small company feel - There is a definite impression that the company is striving for improvement in many areas such as the product, employee retention, and client experience

      Cons

      - Rapid growth stretches existing infrastructure - Employee experience depends heavily on line managers - Steep learning curve for new employees - Cross team collaboration can be improved
