Working with Blackpanda was truly disappointing. On the surface, the company portrays itself as a dynamic and successful organization, but the reality inside is very different. Employee turnover is extremely high, and only those close to the CEO tend to stay — which already raises concerns about the culture and fairness within the company.
The management is inconsistent and fickle-minded, constantly changing the business structure, priorities, and processes without clear direction. This creates confusion, instability, and unnecessary stress for employees. Instead of valuing its people, the company fosters an environment of judgment and pressure.
To survive here, you are expected to sacrifice your personal life and dedicate yourself completely, yet even then, every action is scrutinized under a microscope. No matter how hard you try, there will always be voices saying you didn’t give enough.
In short, Blackpanda does not value or respect its employees, and the internal culture makes it an unsustainable place to build a career.
