I genuinely do not see any significant cons to this position. Like any customer-focused role, there are occasional days that require longer hours, but that comes with the territory and is part of maintaining a high level of service. Providing customers with quick, efficient, and reliable support is a clear priority for the team, and that commitment contributes to the company’s overall success and strong reputation. Even while on vacation, I continue to check emails and provide customer support when needed, which reflects the level of dedication and responsiveness valued within the organization.
