You learn fast and work on big projects

Cons

The reason why they provide lunch and dinner is because they need you to stay at or near your desk at all times There's an underlying expectation to work there very late Weird vibes with upper management They pay people poorly You have absolutely no time for a life outside of work Everyone talks about everyone–watch your back This place is literally a revolving door, people leave as soon as they get in and the people who have worked there years are burnt out and bitter

Cons

Management, specifically Brian Setzer and Seth Althoff, are manipulative and will set you up for failure. This is not a healthy or professional place of business - this is a clique. If you are interviewing they will try to make this company seem glamorous and fun. Seth once said he wanted the company to be "slow to hire and quick to fire." If you would like to work somewhere healthy, this is not the company.

I won't call you out by name, but I am disappointed that you've chosen to share this type of feedback after the numerous meetings and opportunities given to you for growth -- not just at BOND, but personal growth -- life growth. We only ever have our colleagues best interests in mind and I sincerely hope you'll see that one day. I will always hire slow (getting to know people is everything -- chemistry is precious) and we will always be quick to part ways with those that bring negativity into this place we care so much about. long hours, they love to think working more than 60 hours a week is how you get ahead. it's really backward thinking
