      Pros

      They provide you with lunch.

      Cons

      Management, specifically Brian Setzer and Seth Althoff, are manipulative and will set you up for failure. This is not a healthy or professional place of business - this is a clique. If you are interviewing they will try to make this company seem glamorous and fun. Seth once said he wanted the company to be "slow to hire and quick to fire." If you would like to work somewhere healthy, this is not the company.

      I won't call you out by name, but I am disappointed that you've chosen to share this type of feedback after the numerous meetings and opportunities given to you for growth -- not just at BOND, but personal growth -- life growth. We only ever have our colleagues best interests in mind and I sincerely hope you'll see that one day. I will always hire slow (getting to know people is everything -- chemistry is precious) and we will always be quick to part ways with those that bring negativity into this place we care so much about.       Pros

      Variety of projects and freedom to be creative. Ideas and feedback shared all the time among team members. Valuable exposure to branding and digital design work. Managers good at keeping things organized. Competitive pay and benefits. Collaborative environment and good communication across different departments.

      Cons

      No one likes last-minute changes, but they happen.

      Pros

      Great team members to work with, incredible breadth of jobs and high profile projects to work on.

      Cons

      Staff are hilariously underpaid and the company maintains a "campus" of five buildings in the middle of Hollywood - and only one of them is fully occupied. One is empty and the rest have a skeleton crew of staff at any given day. Management is also incredibly out of touch with the needs of the staff and think that morale bandages like pastries in the morning and food trucks help, instead of paying their staff what they deserve.
