      Pros

      First and foremost, this company is full of amazing people. Everyone has a great sense of humor- even in the most stressful of situations. There's never a lack of celebration or laughter in this office. As a company, there is a unique agility to adapt to the changes in the industry. Because it's a relatively small company, there are always opportunities to try and learn new things. It's a bustling office and everyone has more than enough to do, but there's also a respect for work/life balance.

      Cons

      This company is designed for self-starters. There are always new initiatives and full plates, so if you're not a go-getter, a role in this company may not be for you.

      Pros

      A small but growing company (18 people at the time of this review) that's fantastic for people who are self-motivated problem solvers and don't like to be bogged down with unnecessarily burdensome bureaucracy. GSC has an energetic office environment with smart, fun people and open spaces for collaborative teamwork. All of the staff works together to attain goals and support each other. Regarding the product itself, it's well established on its third version and continues to evolve solving marketers challenges in ways that other products simply can't today. The pay, benefits and flexible holiday schedules are a bonus. In short, a great place to be and I'm excited about where we're going.

      Cons

      Because of the industry and product market, we're always expected to innovate and evolve very quickly — whether we work in marketing, engineering, sales, doesn't matter — but that's also why there's never a dull moment, time flies and I typically go home with sense of achievement. Bottom line, the "con" is if you just like to putz around while drawing a check, you wouldn't appreciate this place.

      Pros

      - Great work/life balance - while a quieter office dynamic, truly one of teamwork and camaraderie - connect and engaged executive team- all employees sit in the open floor together, no offices for management or any team members - growing company with a great outlook - culture is being built and going in the right direction - better pay vs. typical "startup perks" - IE you'll get compensated better since we don't have a ping pong table and beer keg 24/7 - Team full of go-getters - great interoffice communication between departments from the top down

      Cons

      This is not a con for me but could be for some; this is not a place you can come in and stay stagnant. Every day is a challenge to be overcome and you cannot just learn the product and coast. This is more of a consultative position and in a fast-paced environment.
