RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at BRAM Auto Group full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
BRAM has always taken care of us in Bay Ridge Toyota. I have always felt as though I was with family, whenever myself or others are in need of help, we never have to look far, there is always help and understanding. I have learned more working with BRAM than any other company. I hope to be a part of the BRAM family for a long long time.
Cons
Only thing that's difficult is the lack of space, however, that comes with being in an urban setting.

Pros
Clean Environment , Nice office space
Cons
High turn around rate. Bonus plan is a joke, the lowest paying BDC department in the state. You expect to get a monthy bonus of about $36 dollars. Several incentives, but promises never meet. Perfect example hey guys if we hit out goal on Saturday each one will get an additional $100 dollar bonus. When it comes down to pay managment gives you the run around.
