Cons

BSA Solutions Inc is a difficult place to work if you’re serious about your career. There’s too much politics, and management seems to prefer people who play the game over those who genuinely perform. Even if you work hard and get results, it won’t matter unless you’re in with the right crowd. Mediocre performance and poor results are overlooked for some, while others are favored without reason. The company values its clients more than its own people and shows little care if employees are terminated, as long as it serves their interests. Management doesn’t follow proper processes and will bypass them for their own benefit. They don’t seem to value their employees—there’s minimal recognition for hard work, and you can forget about any real salary increase, no matter how much you contribute. The lack of documented processes and policies only adds to the frustration and inconsistency. No wonder why this company always have a labor case. This company does not practice their values. A lot of hypocrites especially in management.

Ambitious startup with copied business framework

Pros

Fixed day shift and weekends off. They provide standard benefits. Nothing special or fancy.

Cons

A startup company with questionable stability, copycat culture (because they don't have their own identity), rampant office politics and a neurotic CEO. Funny how this company can quickly change their impression towards you and get rid of you in a snap! Just goes to show the culture you can get out of this organization- that people are easily dispensable and they will judge you to the core (regardless if you're just new or tenured) without providing you adequate opportunities for growth and further development. Beware, they will treat you like lab rats provided they don't have a clearly defined set of processes and procedures because most of these are still being drafted - or rather still being copied elsewhere. Piece of advice: don't be misled by their curated social media posts and laid-out website job ads, because they're never genuine. Go look for a more stable company with better benefits, higher pay and a sincere culture. You deserve more than just an aggressive wanna-be-market-player who just copies business models from more established companies and who's primary motive is to lure prospect clients and applicants.

Pros

They have a canteen. Some managers are good, but some aren't.

Cons

1. Some Securify personell are rude. 2. Facilities are not well kept. Some work stations are uncomfortable to work because they are tight and some are not conducive to work because A/C system does not function well and they have not done any action to resolve the matter. 3. My Talent and Client Experience Manager is not looking after how I can deliver a good work performance. He is only good at talking..not capable to handle a team involved with Finance.
