      Supportive in-house management, but upper management fails employees

      Pros

      Friendly efficient in house management. Upper management is horrible. Corporate rules are trash, they do not care about thier employees at all. That being said the in house management (GM and AGM) ho above and beyond to help you have the best experience you can by giving you hrs, availabilities requests, andmoney they can. Wages are very unreliable. One day you can make 300 dollars then the next you make 30.

      Upper management, lack of upkeep on building. Pretty slow.

      Pros

      The other servers were nice, and since it’s all family style, there’s less to carry and fewer orders to keep track of.

      Cons

      Customers are often demanding and weird. A lot of your tables are big parties, which can take up most of your shift, so if they tip poorly because the check total is high and they’re scared of it (which happens— my friend was a great server, super personable, everyone loved him, but about 30% of the time he’d get a really kind note and a garbage tip), you work all night for $30.
