Below average salary compared to other plants in the area, minimal training for new starters, enforced overtime, told on your interview your going to be helping run a plant then when you start get given a job in logistics putting powder in boxes for half the shift, some co worker abuse the sick policy and get away with it, forcing other employees to cover them, management don’t have the back bone to deal with these people individually, lack of investment into the plants and work force, lots of older employees have left the last 2 years now they have a load of new employees, management a quick to force through changes to policies, contracts and work activities.
