      good hours- you choose and they commit to giving you classes at those times

      Cons

      lots of no shows/ no students enrolled. You only get half pay for these classes but still have to be available to teach.

      A string of bad decisions have compromised morale. CEO's latest punitive decision- no Friday Bagels. Symbolic punishment to the teams that are working hard to get Babbel out of trouble.
