Joined as a project manager and recently got promoted to senior manager. Being a 10 year old company, there is stability and job security here. Also if you are a good performer, you will get rewarded. Good rewards and recognition program. Senior Management communicates directly with employees across all levels. Client visits are fun as there is a lot of informal. Annual day bashes are very cool
