Basically all growing pains.
- Some teams do not have enough staff, leading to people working after business hours and skipping lunch breaks. Hiring is happening, so I hope this will be temporary.
- Processes which presumably worked very well when the company was small can be frustrating to use and lack of automation/integration wastes time hunting things down.
- Sometimes it's unclear who is responsible for what e.g. keeping information updated, scheduling, maintaining online systems.
