      Pros

      There are no true pros about this company. The Brownsburg office has the potential to be a great place to work, but that will only happen if Management based out of Canada would stop running the company as a dictatorship.

      Cons

      The Executive Management team out of Canada constantly micromanages all US employees out of the Brownsburg office. It does not matter if you are a Clerk, Supervisor, or Manager. Their dictator like approach completely eliminates any possibility for growth or advancement. It is their way and no other way. The company morale in the Brownsburg office is at rock bottom because of the poor management. It is truly disheartening.

      New office building that has room for storage and growth.

      Cons

      Everything is a secret, promises not kept, good chunk of employees really dislike their job or manager and for good reason, turnover rate is out of control, and some managers are not qualified in anyway for the job they were hired for!
