Pros

Free dinner and unlimited coffee. Good progression but only due to the fact they can’t keep staff due their inhumane and disgusting working conditions.

Cons

Poor food hygiene due to the fact the staff are scared to create any waste as they get penalised. Expected to lone work for shifts of up to 11hrs, god forbid you have a lunch break or need the loo. Unrealistic expectations from head office who have zero business acumen, which is like the blind leading the blind. You’ll also be expected to be on call 24/7 and if your store is short staffed you better know you’ll be hauled in or investigated.
