      Pros

      There are some fantastic people within the business to work with. The company has a lot of flexibility and does create opportunities for people.

      Cons

      There is a culture of blame and refusal to appropriately resource initiatives. This creates a huge amount of pressure on individuals.

      Pros

      Pays well, but given what you put up with it's only fair.

      Cons

      Management (when they're actually available) will pick their favourites, and if you're not one of them they'll look for any possible excuse to get rid of you. Finger-pointing is rife, there's little room for development, and for all their championing of health & safety they'll cut corners whenever they can.
