      Pros

      The Wages were OK, and there was some flexibility. Some colleagues were good colleagues, and at the beginning you would get good commissions.

      Cons

      The worst management team I have ever seen, not the direct managers but the ones above. The only thing that matter was the earnings no matter the tactic used.
