      Pros

      There is nothing I could consider as positive thing rather than the small salary that came at time. I remained there till I had a chance to find a job outside of banking industry.

      Cons

      The direct management was very unprofessional in their relation with me and my colleagues. The targets were impossible to met due economical conditions and the employees were constantly treat that they are gonna be fired.

      open space - ease of communication relaxed atmosphere, flexible schedule

      Cons

      no motivation what so ever (financialy, socialy, ...) no opportunity of career developing (changing inside jobs, being promoted..) no teambuildings or trainings - crisis (lack of funds) no casual friday bad publisity/ bad image promoted by emplyees reduced bonuses (no 13 th salary, smaller bonuses for holydays- or changed into lunch cupons, no bonus for high performances)
