Pros

This has been the best company I have worked so far where you will get overall development and the management will be invested in your growth. I’ve been working as an architect at Banfico for 5 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company excels in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are highly valued. Here are some of the standout aspects that make Banfico a great place to work: Innovative Projects: Banfico is at the forefront of technology and design, offering exciting projects that challenge and inspire. From cutting-edge fintech solutions to complex architectural designs, the work is varied and engaging, allowing me to expand my skills and stay ahead in the industry. Supportive Management and Team Culture: The leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in the growth and well-being of employees. Regular feedback sessions and open communication channels make it easy to voice ideas and concerns. The team is equally supportive, with a collaborative spirit that makes every project a joint effort. Professional Growth and Learning Opportunities: CEO and the whole management team places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development. There are plenty of opportunities for training, attending conferences, and participating in workshops. This commitment to growth has been instrumental in advancing my career and expanding my expertise. Work-Life Balance: While the work can be demanding, Banfico understands the importance of work-life balance. Flexible working hours and the option for remote work allow me to manage my time effectively and maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Obviously as an employee during critical incidents we have to take ownership and resolve any problem. (Thats not a favour.:)) Company Culture and Values: The company's culture is inclusive and diverse, promoting a positive and respectful workplace. It values innovation, integrity, and excellence, which are reflected in every aspect of the business.

Cons

Not cons but couple of things that can be improved: Pace of Change: The company's commitment to innovation means there's a constant flow of new projects and initiatives. While exciting, this pace can sometimes lead to a sense of being stretched thin, particularly during peak periods. More structured planning and resource allocation could help in balancing workload and maintaining quality. Growth in Leadership Opportunities: Banfico is growing rapidly, which is fantastic, but this also means that leadership opportunities can sometimes lag behind. It would be great to see more structured career paths and leadership development programs to help employees progress within the company.

Pros

* modern tech stack that helps me in my professional career * push from peers and management to keep updated with technology and learning * able to understand the 360 of the architecture even for juniors. In my previous company - I was not given a chance to know what was happening in design, architecture or even business needs - my recent appraisal reflected my contributions (hike i didnot expect) - reviews are done by the peers, not by the managers and management. management respects the peer reviews

Cons

not a negative. if you are not skilled you are asked to leave. i understand that because if I am doing a great job and another person is lazy, I feel disrespected or even demotivated. eg. for the same salary, I am doing the work and the other person is cheating. It is not fair. not negtve comment but you understand. I also see the management being given negative reviews , it is not accurate. may be they protect the good employees inside the company.
