      Pros

      Having worked at 3 other financial institutions prior to Bank Five Nine I thought I knew banking culture. What a pleasant surprise when I got to Bank Five Nine. The care they take with their customers and employees alike is unlike anything I've experienced before! Meeting the needs of their clients is the number one goal while keeping a work life balance for the employees.

      Cons

      Coming from a larger bank the only "con" would be learning the systems and processes to complete customer transactions. There were more logins than I was used to, but Bank Five Nine has extensive policies and procedures to assist you.

      Bank Five Nine provides opportunities for me to what I do best each and every day. Community Involvement is encouraged and supported for every member of the team and contributes to a rewarding work experience. The mission of Bank Five Nine is to Make Lives Better and we are all encouraged to live the mission with our customers, co-workers and our communities.

      Pros

      Bank Five Nine is a wonderful company to work for. They really live up to their mission statement of "Make lives better". They encourage their employees to volunteer in the communities they serve. They also allow branch employees to wear jeans on Saturdays which is a small but much appreciated perk.

      Cons

      Would be wonderful to get a couple of "Volunteer hours" a quarter to do even more good in our communities.
