Pros
Having worked at 3 other financial institutions prior to Bank Five Nine I thought I knew banking culture. What a pleasant surprise when I got to Bank Five Nine. The care they take with their customers and employees alike is unlike anything I've experienced before! Meeting the needs of their clients is the number one goal while keeping a work life balance for the employees.
Cons
Coming from a larger bank the only "con" would be learning the systems and processes to complete customer transactions. There were more logins than I was used to, but Bank Five Nine has extensive policies and procedures to assist you.
