There is a true family atmosphere at BankPlus and depending on what department you're in, it can be a really great job.

Cons

Less than stellar benefits, no work/life balance in customer service and no real help from HR when there is a problem with management

Heath insurance is paid for. Holidays off.

Cons

The management at the mortgage center are terrible people. They overwork you and underpay you. They belittle you and then smile in your face. Racist and sexist.
