Great company to work for! The benefits were also great! They schedule events virtually and in person for their employees to stay engaged with each other and they are present as well.
Cons
They're Government Contractors so that can be a challenge during contract rebids and the never ending stress when possible shutdowns might happen due to Congress not passing the budget. No fault of BQMI.
