      Pros

      At Bannerflow, I've experienced a culture built on trust and accountability. We hold each other to high standards, and the team's ambition is matched by a strong sense of collaboration. That combination makes striving for big goals both motivating and enjoyable. The people are amazing and very friendly.

      Cons

      As a relatively young company, Bannerflow isn’t "weighed down" by structures or outdated processes. Sometimes that's noticeable, at the same time, there's strong support for those who want to introduce structure and shape new, effective ways of working.
