Learned a ton, got to work with senior management, pushed to perform beyond my level, felt motivated and connected to the brand

I felt underpaid for the level of work I was actually producing. Also, there is some blaming and overly intense aspects of the culture

Banza does a great deal to create a positive working environment. They are using many of the best in class software tools, data, and resources.
