Pros

Overall, it was a fun work environment, and learned a lot of new skills. Made great money and it was always busy. Wonderful food!

Cons

Unfortunately, did not have much control over your own tips. It was a guessing game each shift and I never knew what I was making until the next day when it was handed to me. A lot of sketchy situations happened where I was given less in tips by the closing bartender's personal "discretion". Was told I was doing a great job but then was suddenly demoted to food runner after only a few months, which cut my income by half. Ended up leaving for this reason.

Pros

Good pay, fun, busy, loud.

Cons

The owner of the Portsmouth location had never run a restaurant before, was sexist and only invited certain employees for a lake day at her house. Commented on female employees bodies and way of dressing. Condescending.
