      Pros

      Advancement to being a server trainer was fairly simple work But I have to say that it was not worth it in the long run.

      Cons

      I was the restaurant's server trainer at the Atlanta location for a year. I trained individuals who ended up being late almost each shift each week, they were never fired. I was late to one shift in a twelve month period and they told me on my separation notice that it, "Wasn't working out."

      Pros

      I generally enjoyed working with my co-workers, as they were nice, young peers of mine and everybody has a 'team player' mentality which i found extremely helpful, particularly when the restaurant became busy.

      Cons

      Management is useless. One of my managers was passive aggressive in his comments and would micro management the entire time! The other one just stood there most of the time, either eating or pretending to manage when really he was just getting in the way and not being of help at all.
