Priorities can change relatively quickly as the technology develops, problems get solved and new ideas continuously arise, making it a dynamic environment that rewards hard work and creativity. There’s a genuine opportunity to be part of creating something amazing, which surely doesn’t come along very often.
Cons
Relatively fast pace of change may not be for everyone and can result in a steep learning curve. Everyone is expected to make a meaningful contribution, so don’t expect to sit back and coast.
