Pros

Decent wage for area. Tuition assistance program for employees and scholarships available for dependents. Tries to be innovative and a lean management organization.

Cons

Management too busy politicking. Credit not given to those who actually do the work. Little opportunities for promotion. People are treated poorly. Too many priorities so "focus" and the ability to complete a project successfully is lost. In fighting between brands and fingerpointing. Lack of cross-functional team work. Clearly lacking accountability and project management. On-going training and coaching is a myth. Core values are preached but not followed by management.

Good hourly employees. If they had proper training and better HR, they might stick around.

Cons

Weak plant manager, HR has zero confidentiality, they both bend rules for their convenience. Workers are treated like a number.

Lack of trust in corporate management, Change in direction and having a need for Engineers resulted in lack of trust in HR and Company philosophy. High turnover in Senior Plant management, 7 in 10 months.
