      Pros

      I really appreciate how my family comes first and this is something I hear from the current CEO himself. When I use to think of nursing it was my career first, but I no longer feel my career comes before my family. This place has been a breath of fresh air. Sure it has it's stressful moments, but the nurses and office employees are always with you every step of the way. I can't wait to see what next year brings.
