Low pay, heavy workload, long hours, no growth, and management likes to remind people how disposable they are in 1:1 meetings. There is a culture of favoritism and the performance goal post changes at any potential career milestone for those who are not favored by management. The perks are not worth the challenge of navigating the environment.

Four and half work days is a very nice perk all year around. The remote option is good for parents. The company takes good care of employees.

Cons

Management communication can felt ambiguos at times due to remote working environment. Not saying they don't deliver news, but some of the things just pop up of no-where if you have no friends outside of your normal work environment
