Access to leadership and good cause, but lack of transparency

We are pleased to hear that you valued access to leadership, our mission and cause, and the quality of our office environment.
We also appreciate your comments regarding transparency around strategic decision-making. At Battersea we strive to be as transparent and communicative as possible about decisions that affect all staff, but we continue to listen to feedback to improve our methods of communication.
