Everyone in the company is working to make the company better. Top to bottom and field to office, everyone has a voice on what's happening and how BDB is going to continue to grow in the upcoming years. We work on all different project types (Retail, Multi-Unit Residential, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Restaurants, etc.) so you'll never get board and pushed into a "specialty" and never get out. We're client focused from start to finish on a project. BDB does it right the first time, no matter what.
Cons
Growth and processes. Both items go together but with BDB's impressive growth over the past 5 years creates required changes in the processes and procedures to keep pace with growing project size and also keep the company efficient. New processes don't take hold over night and everyone has to learn to adapt.
