Most of the decisions and improvements are supported and verified by data. 3. fast growing The business itself is solid and fast-growing. The industry is moving in a positive direction and I feel cities are starting to welcome the new mode of transportation. There are some bad news in the early days, like scooters been throwing into water etc, but these days it is more regulated and scooter vandalisation is well managed, though it still happens occasionally (lots of room to improve!). 4. cares for environment impact and government relationship. 5. good packages, stock options, unlimited leaves, insurance coverage, flexible working hours (and locations).
