      Flexibility and culture are great. The team and office are great people to work with.

      Hard to progress both in job titles and salary. Once in a managerial position, might feel stuck

      Creative industry Has amazing interesting products Leadership makes themselves available and open to conversations (which is really rare!)

      Cons

      Different time zones across teams. Your time will need to be managed flexibly around it to make your meetings sometimes if thats the set up for you
